4Matic was incorporated in the year 2005. The vision of the company was to design and manufacture industrial valves, AWWA Butterfly Valves, Pneumatic Actuator Manufacturer that would perform exceptionally well in the demanding process applications of the future. Utilizing the latest in engineering techniques, materials, machining process, finite analysis, and testing procedures we produced a valve that outperformed the competition and were sustainable for automation requirements. We then spent a few years refining the manufacturing process, placing valves in various test applications to verify and confirm our success in the initial design.
Building from the success of our range of resilient seated valves led to the introduction of our range of PTFE seated butterfly valves, also with a size range of 1″ to 24″. Our butterfly valves quickly gained a reputation of a valve product that solved problems. 4Matic then designed the metal seated butterfly valve for high temperature applications. The year of 2009 was another year of expansion with the addition of a full and complete line of pneumatic and electric automation products. 4Mactic also offer a range of butterfly valves for the commercial HVAC market. This continuing full load on our research and design team did not let up. The process was started to design a high performance butterfly valves and triple offset butterfly valves for critical applications in the Oil and Gas industry.
4Matic’s core business is butterfly valves, Triple Offset Valve, Forged Gate Valve, Globe valve and automation, but with additional customer demands for products, this therefore led to the introduction of a full range of process ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and knife gate valves.
4Matic’s growth came from the hard work and dedication of our employees working to produce the best valve and automation packages available today.
